The 13th Thai Short Film and Video Festival will be held on August 13-23, 2009. Submissions are being accepted until May 31, 2009.
The short films or videos may be in any genre and should be less than 30 minutes. Documentaries, however, have no time limit. The works to be submitted must have been completed from January 1, 2008 to May 2009. No entry fee will be collected from the entries.
