College Life and Cheaper Textbooks
My College degree is Political Science. We needed lots of reading materials. Since I didn’t have the money to buy the textbooks, I had to go to the library and borrow the books I need. At times, I could not get the books because there were hundreds of Political Science students in the University.
There is actually a website that offers college (and even graduate) students the chance to save money. Nope, it’s not Amazon or Barnes and Noble. It’s called Textbookrecycling.com. This is a great concept for college students who need to save as much money as they could.
Some college students start working on their free time just to get additional income for their use. I didn’t have to do that, thankfully because my parents supported my college education. But I’m sure that thousands of other students are working and trying to earn and save money as much as they could.
The best thing is, as soon as students finish using their textbooks in college, they can also sell textbooks online. It can also be a way to earn money after using a textbook and by recycling the textbooks, we can also help save the environment.

I only recently completed school and it has suddenly set in that I have absolutely no clue of the career route I should take. I have always been a “teachers pet” sort of student, but now that i’ve had several months in the reality, I feel that I have been focusing too much on unattainable goals. I may need to seek out some kind of career counselling or something of that nature to guide me in the right direction. Is there anyone that has been in the same boat?
