Spiderman, Fantastic Four, the Incredible Hulk, Iron Man and now Thor? We’re seeing a barrage of Marvel Superheroes coming to the big screen! They offer visual delights and evoke in us the “Oooohhhs!” and the “Aaahhs!” of wonder and amazement!

Thor will be brought to the big screen next! The Son of Odin will be a very interesting movie to watch. Especially because Marvel is watching out for indie film directors to direct the movies. For Iron Man, they chose Jon Favreau. This time, they are considering Kenneth Branagh for Thor. Although he has directed action movies that much, he has an extensive experience in acting and directing.
Mark Protosevich wrote the movie version of Thor. The good thing is the movie will be heavily laden with Norse Mythology-stuff that I would love watching! They won’t speak in god-mode, I hope. There are a lot of interesting possibilities for this movie and picking the director would be very crucial in pulling off the stunt!
There are a lot of developments in the upcoming Avengers movie and fans are ablaze with interest and breathless anticipation over each bit and piece of news released over the Internet. I am adding my anticipation and excitement to the Buzz. I just hope the movies will be shown in the Philippines as a simulcast with the releases in the United States.
