Filipino Films to be Screened on January 2009 at Asian Hot Shots in Berlin

On January 13-19, 2009, several Filipino films will be screened at the Asian Hot Shots Berlin.
Francis Xavier Pasion’s film JAY will be shown on January 14, 2009 at 8 pm. Richard Legaspi’s AMBULANCIA and Mark Reyes’ GOD ONLY KNOWS will also be shown during the Film Festival. Experimental films from Asia will also be shown during this festival.
A total of 50 feature length films will be shown during the festival but only 8 of these will be in competition. 50 short films will also be screened but only 22 are in competition. The winner during the festival will win 1000 euros and runner-ups will receive 500 euros.
