FaveMovie Writing Contest Extended!!!
MightyHey friends, if you still want to join this contest, it has been extended up to September 15, 2008. So hurry and submit your entries now!
If you are a blogger and you love movies a lot, you might want to be $63 richer. (Mind you, 63 has no special significance! Trips lang! heheh.)
Here are the contest mechanics:
1. Pick your favorite movie, which was adapted from a video game or a comic book (Resident Evil, X-Men, Iron Man) and tell us in 300 words why you like it so much and how you enjoyed watching it.
2. Promote this contest in your blog with a link love to this very post. 
3. Send your articles to penstalker(at)gmail(dot)com. Only one entry per blogger please.
The contest runs from July 21 to August 21. The big winner will be announced on August 25.
The first place winner will get $63. If you will be that person, the amount will be deposited to your Paypal account. Now if you don’t have one, isn’t it time for you to get one?
Your winning entry will be posted here at www.penstalker.com. Not only that, you will have one month’s worth of being featured in one of my adboxes at the sidebar. Just send me a 125×125 icon for your blog.
Two consolation prizes will be awarded. They will also be featured with a 125×125 ad boxes and their entries will posted on this blog.
I will ask two writer friends of mine (I’ll let you know who they are) to judge the entries with the following criteria: 1) the writing should be fun. 2) you should state your reason for liking the movie clearly and beautifully. and 3) article should be original. I will break any case of tie with my verdict.
You should have a link to this post on your blog, too. Don’t forget that.
Just an extra plug:
I currently have around 600-points worth of e-games.com.ph cards. The problem is, they are divided into 20-point cards, which would be a big hassle for anyone who wants to use them. But if you want them, send me a note and I will make them up for grabs!
